Frequently Asked Questions
Can I add to my booking?
Yes! We can have up to four on an original lane or six on the deluxe lane. Those additional guests can be paid for day-of. If there will be more than four/six people, then please book an additional lane at Axeacademy.net
Can I reschedule my booking?
We require 24-hour notice to reschedule your booking. If you’d like to keep the day but change the time, then we’d happily update as long as we have space available.
Can I get a refund?
We do not offer refunds, but we will allow you to reschedule if 24-hour notice is given or if there is an emergency.
Does my hour start when I get there or at my scheduled time?
If you arrive early, then your time will start when you head into the throw room. If you arrive late, we will do our best to give you a full hour if we have the space available.
Do you serve alcohol?
Yes! We have our “Snack Bar” license and sell beer/hard seltzer from local brewers like Odd Otter (Tacoma, WA) and E9 Brewing (Tacoma, WA).
Can I bring in outside food?
Yes, we do not have a kitchen, and our snack section is limited. Feel free to bring your own food and make it a party!
Do you allow walk-ins?
Yes, but reservations are highly recommended on Saturdays as space may be limited. Reservations help us to plan for the day and determine which lane to put each group on for maximum space and enjoyment.
Do you allow kids to throw?
Yes! Children 8 years and older are welcome to throw with the consent of a parent/guardian. A parent/guardian must complete a waiver for anyone under 18 years of age.
Can I just watch?
Yes, you are free to watch your group throw. However, anyone who will be in the “throw room” will be required to sign a liability waiver.

Do you have a league night?
Yes! Follow us on socials to stay up to date on leagues. We host an 8-week league in the fall, winter and spring! Email us so we can add you to our interest list.
